MEISA Community Service Excellence Award

In order to apply for this award, the chapter must submit the following:

A letter from the club advisor stating that they approve the community service the chapter has provided.
An accurate log of the community service including dates, times, what the club did and how it benefited the community.
Minimum of 20 hours
A picture for at least one event. (A maximum of 5 will be allowed)

Try to keep the community service music related, but if it isn’t, that’s fine too. Any help that you provide for the community will be welcomed.

The chapter with the most community service will win the award of $200 for their chapter.
